The Haydarpasha Open 2026 takes place at the luxurious Haydarpasha Palace Hotel 5* Ultra All Inclusive in Alanya, Turkey.

This official event is approved by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Turkey.

PRO-AM Solo

Dancers compete in Latin and Standard categories across multiple age groups and skill levels, from Juvenile through Adult divisions. All competitions follow official WDSF rules and regulations.

Judges & Competition Rules

WDSF Competitions

Judged by invited adjudicators with a valid WDSF license only. All competitions follow official WDSF rules for costume and choreography.

Open Categories

Judged by adjudicators with a valid TDSF, WDSF NMB, or WDSF license only. Participation as a judge requires a valid license.

Adjudicator Requirements

Application deadline is October 20, 2025 at 23:59. All conditions must be agreed upon with the organizer in advance.

Athletes have the right to register in their respective age category and class, as well as for a category and class above their own. Registration must be completed strictly 30 minutes before the start of each competition.

Hotel Accommodation Pricing

Stay at the luxurious Haydarpasha Palace Hotel 5* Ultra All Inclusive. Please prepare cash in euros for hotel payment. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

Hotel Timing

  • Check-out time: 12:00
  • Check-in time: 14:00
  • Late check-out: Until 23:00 (€40 per person)
  • Early check-in: From 8:00 (€40 per person)

Important: All participants and guests booking for less than 3 nights who plan to check out on competition day (Saturday, November 21 or Sunday, November 22) will automatically be charged a €40 deposit per adult (from 9 years old) for late check-out. This deposit will be refunded in case of timely check-out before 12:00. Otherwise, the money will remain with the organizers.

Spectator & Accompanying Person Fees

For all spectators who do not book a hotel room, access to the hotel and the hall from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm is available. They are entitled to use all hotel services during this time, including dining and facilities.

HAYDARPASHA OPEN 2026 TRAINING CAMP

General Information

The training camp will be held for 3 days - November 19-20, 2026 (before the competition) and one day - November 23, 2026 (after the competition).

Monday, November 23, 2026 - only private lessons.

Friday, November 20, 2026 - private lessons, group lectures, and practice sessions.

Complete Competition Schedule

The competition features 40 categories across two days, with events scheduled throughout the day. Competitions include Latin (S, CH, R, P, J) and Standard (W, T, Vw, F, Q) dances across all age groups and skill levels.

10:00 AM

Morning session begins with classification couples and solo categories

2:00 PM

Afternoon session featuring WDSF Open and classification and solo categories

5:00 PM

Evening session with WDSF Open and classification and solo categories

9:00 PM

Final session including WDFS categories and Gala evening

Categories range from WDSF Open La/St and U21 divisions to Juvenile basic classes and Pro-Am Solo events. Both couple and solo competitions are featured throughout the weekend.
